I had another idea

Hey, what if we post our before "fatty" pictures on the blog too! I was going to take one just so that I could see the big difference after I win!!! I am taking my measurements too, but have no intention of posting them. Then at the end, we can post our after "skinny" pictures. The difference will be so noticeable!

Here's a workout tip . . . exercise at 70% of your MHR (maximum heart rate) for at least 20 steady minutes to burn more fat! To figure your MHR, take 220 and subtract your age. Then multiply that by 70%. Anything over 82% is anaerobic, and burns glucose more than fat! Fitness experts recomend building an aerobic base by working out in this range for at least 12 weeks. It's all about working smarter, not harder!!!!

We think a Biggest Loser Blog site is a great idea! We love the idea of posting our combined weights on this site the 1st of every month. There will be more motive if we know everyone in the family is keeping tabs on our progress! Know one will know the weight of any one person, since it is the total of each couple. If anyone does not want their progress to be monitered by everyone, just send it to our email.
One more week to indulge!!!

I'm In!

Hi! I love the idea of doing a group blog! I'm in!!! So is it bad to eat all the fun things now that I won't eat later? Had KFC for dinner last night . . . I won't miss fast food!!

Starting Sept 1st

I know we all got the email... about sending our combined weights to mom and all the details. But I thought it might be fun to create a blog about this to help motivate us more!! I just learned how to have everyone be able to be a part of the posting - not just commenting. So, you should have an email about it soon! Then you can all post whenever and comment whenever - and change whatever you want on the blog! Unless everyone has a problem with listing their combined weight each month for everyone else to see - I thought we could just come here the first of every month and "weigh in." If this isn't something you're all willing to do - then let me know and I'll go ahead and delete the blog (no big deal)!! :o) We can also use this blog to post healthy meal ideas or fun exercise ideas - stuff like that - things we've found helpful!
