During Darrin's unfortunate illness, he puked all over it, had to clean it, and it no longer works (it was a way nice digital one that did body fat percentages, saved your previous info., and everything)! Basically, all the "wet damage" shorted out the <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">metallic</span> sensors on the top of the scale. Hopefully we'll be back up and <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">runnin</span>' shortly since I have been going to the gym far more religiously. I was going to take one just so that I could see the big difference after I win!!! I am taking my measurements too, but have no intention of posting them. Then at the end, we can post our after "skinny" pictures. The difference will be so noticeable! <br /><br />Here's a workout tip . . . exercise at 70% of your MHR (maximum heart rate) for at least 20 steady minutes to burn more fat! To figure your MHR, take 220 and subtract your age. Then multiply that by 70%. Anything over 82% is anaerobic, and burns glucose more than fat! Fitness experts recomend building an aerobic base by working out in this range for at least 12 weeks.
